I am still working, slowly, to get a layout set up in my basement, that I can use to run trains any time I like, or to do photography and videography of the trains. I still need to do some clean out and clean up of the basement to finish making room. I will then put up a 4’x8′ frame with foam board top to setup the layout. Normal life keeps getting in the way.
I have a few more trains to take photos of, but not many more. Once I am finished with my current collection, I will start photographing them “on layout” instead of the “posed” introductory photos I have been doing. Currently, I have to take over the kitchen table to set up track to run trains, or to do the photography and videography. The wife does not like it that much so I try and do a whole day at once, and get a ton of stuff done, so I don’t need to do it again for a while. Lately there have not been “whole days”. Since school started in mid-August for our kids, we have been busy as kid-taxi service, and other things supporting their activities.
I hope to get a few more photos taken soon and to re-start editing my video footage into unboxings, reviews, running sessions, etc. that can be posted.
