I’ve started a new project. I am writing a new throttle and eventually train and layout control app for iOS, iPadOS, and macOS. It will support most command stations as long as it has a WiFi capability and a published protocol. This includes XPressNet/XBUS, WiThrottle, Z21/WLANmaus, etc. I already have a simple test app that will set the throttle, and has an emergency stop, so you can run the train around the layout, using the Z21/WLANmaus capability of my DR5000-ADJ command station by Digikeijs. Once I have that all working at a basic level I will add in WiThrottle and others.
I will eventually need 3 beta testers from my Blog audience to help me test this though it will be a few months before we are ready to do any external testing. Contact me if interested.
